I got my period starting last Friday. It was a lot lighter than normal but still a medium flow (my periods are usually really heavy with lots of clots). I usually have to change my tampon every 1.5-2 hours. I cramped just like a normal period (but cramped for a whole week before). This time around I had absolutely no clots and didn't have to change my tampon much at all. And when I did it wasn't full (except maybe once and that was after quite a few hours). I was actually able to use just a pad, which is really unusual for me. The doctor wants me to come in for a pg test tomorrow morning because I may have had a m/c. I told her I think my period was different because of the Clomid, Tamoxifen and the Ovidrel I took last cycle. She still insists I may have had a m/c. I started taking HPT at 9DPO (2 days after the cramping started) and all were -, meaning chances of an egg implanting were pretty slim to none. Is it normal for a doctor to assume this and do a pg test? It irritates me because I know my body and really don't want to have to pay a co-pay just so they can tell me I was right. I just want to move on to the next cycle instead of beating around the bush.
