I have heard so many different things...just wondering what everyone else thought....I am getting married in October (baby was a bit of a surprise!!!!) and I will be about 22 weeks by then. I tried to order a different size dress, but it was too late. Luckliy it is empire waist and has a pretty full skirt so everything will be covered. I am just hoping it fits on top. If my chest keeps growing like it is!!!!!
Re: When do you typically start to show?!
you'll be showing by 22 wks. i had a noticeable bump. by no means was i big, but did have a bump. since your dress has an empire waist, you MIGHT get away w/ it. i'm sure they can take it out a couple inches if need be.
my wedding last year was on sept 20th!! good time of year! at least it was perfect last year in IL!
anyway I agree with what someone else said about putting a corset in the back that would solve most of your problems!
I was in the same situation ... lucky for me my wedding was last weekend so I was only 10 weeks.
I am in a friends wedding in Sept. I just went and bought my dress for it this morning. I wasnt worried about it at all because it was also an empire waist. HOWEVER, she warned that its the linning underneath you need to worry about. Just double check there is room in the linning for baby too
