so my 14mm follie grew to 18.5 (yay!) and my lining went from 3.7 on Saturday to 6.3 today....still not great but since I don't trigger until tomorrow night and ovulate for another 36 hours I have 3 days to build it up - hopefully with some pom, spinach and heat it will get up to an 8 by Thursday morning...
I am supposed to trigger tomorrow night and do TI (I think tomorrow night and the following night should do it)....we don't do IUI so I never know what my lining is right at ovulation. I am thinking about asking them to do an u/s just to check this - is that reasonable?
Also, in case we need to move on from femara, if we ran a couple injectible/TI cycles would that give the doc a sense of how I would respond to meds in case we need ivf ?or is an injectibles/TI cycle totally different from ivf? Since we are totally oop for IVF, I would hate to waste meds for a cancelled or overstimmed cycle...
Re: me on femara update
I think we are cycle twins this month! I just went in for my CD11 u/s and had an 18mm follie too (along with a 17, 16 and 12) and my lining was at 6. We're also doing TI and I also am supposed to trigger tomorrow p.m.!
Lining growing dust to us...best of luck to you!

Thanks everybody....at first on Saturday after the u/s I was really discouraged thinking that femara was going to be a bust for me too.
Now that the cycle looks to be more on track, I am hopeful. I don't want to bet too much on it but I think that if everything is looking good and I don't get pg within a few more cycles that they will want to sit down and figure out what is wrong....
