I prefer velcro, but it has more to do with fit that ease of use. DS leaks out of snaps and needs the velcro band at the top, but it's a boy thing. DD does fine in both and doesn't try to get out of either one, even though she could if she wanted to. DH struggles with the snaps, but it doesn't really matter since he rarely puts them on.
I voted velcro b/c that is what we have, but he went through (and sometime reverts) a stage where he took his diapers off every chance he got and snaps would have helped with that.
I've been thinking of picking up a few more with snaps. I did not like the hooks.

I voted velcro but I'm more 50/50. I like the velcro for ease of use and because DH prefers it. But snaps are easier to take care of. We've had our BG 3.0 with velcro over a year and while the velcro is holding up the laundry tabs haven't so I attach them to the front (like you do when it's on, just looser). Overall I like having a mix of both in our stash
I like velcro for ease of use, as well as adjustability. I have one diaper with snaps, and right now, one setting is too tight, but the next setting up is too loose. It's frustrating. I also have some Wahmies with hooks, and while they take some getting used to, they are much more adjustable than snaps and last longer than velcro.
I didn't vote because I like my Fuzzibunz and BG 3.0s equally.

I voted velcro because of ease of use and a more "custom" fit. Like MrsChristmas, I'm finding that the lower snap is too small, but the higher snap is too big. Also I've had a LOT more leakes with snaps than with the velcro.
I believe BG will take back diapers that start to fall apart with normal wear and tear. I haven't tried but a friend of mine did and I don't think she had too much trouble getting a new diaper.
Like others have said I think the fit is a lot of tougher with snaps, we had to try a lot of snap diapers before we found ones that worked for megan - thank goodness for diaperswappers!
I am a BG 3.0 girl. DS can get the velcro open, so I have to put shorts on him, but other than that, I like the ease of use and fit better than my Fuzzibunz. Plus, BGs are one size!
I voted for snaps, but honestly, it's a toss up for me. We have lots of BGs 3.0 with velcro, and I like the better fit, but Little Man enjoys ripping his diapers off and running around nakie. All of the fitted diapers I am making him all have snaps now because of this.

I like snaps, DH prefers the velcro.
