Carter is home! (pip)

After enjoying our 1 year anniversay breakfast (ok, who am i trying to kid, i scarffed it down so fast!) we brought Carter home from the hospital after 20 days in the NICU.

It was a good, but kind of rough day. A little overwhelming so he hardly slept all day and was immediately off the 3 hour feeding schedule he'd been on in the hospital. Finally got him down at 11:45pm. Of course, now i have to wake him up to eat. Hopefully tomorrow he will get back on track...but no matter what I'm just glad he's home (and so is he...don't tell me that's gas!!)

now the real fun will begin! it will be so nice not to have to make daily trips to the NICU! I can't wait to celebrate my little ones first day home! enjoy it!
