so so first follie check

First of all I had the rudest dr do my monitoring this morning, she is new and I hope I never get her again.

I have 4 follies growing on one side and only 2 on the other. The dr wouldn't tell me how many smaller ones under 10 I had, but I know there are some. I am disppointed b/c at my baseline I had an AFC of 13, so I was hoping I'd have more growing but this is only after 4 days of stims so I will stay hopeful. I only had 3 growing at this point last cycle and was canclled.

E2 is 383 and my lining is a 10 which is the best it has ever been. Thank you POM juice!

    Im sorry that you are disappointed with the amount of follies.  It is such an emotional roller coaster. 
    BTW - that is crappy that she wouldnt tell you how many smaller ones you have.  I really hope that they are all close to being measurable.
    Sending follie growing dust to you!!!!  Come on ovaries, grow, grow, grow!!! 
    You do still have lots more time to stim.

    Sorry you had such a rude dr do the u/s, but I think your follies sound good...you're still so early, so i'm sure more will catch up.  My AFC last week was 13 too :)  I hope you have all 13 growing at your next follie check!!

    Follie checks are incredibly nervewracking at the IUI stage so I can only imagine how they get at the IVF stage!  It sounds like things are moving pretty decently!  I hope you get more good news soon!
    TTC #1 since 12/07 SA 9/08=borderline normal HSG 1/09 found R tube blocked Multiple IUIs both with oral and injectible drugs from 2/09-2/11 Started domestic adoption process in 5/10, homestudy complete 9/10 Failed adoption after home with baby for 2 weeks 11/10 Blessed through the miracle of private adoption with a son, born 6/6/11 (his grandma's bday) 7lbs 9oz 20.5 inches long! So worth the wait!
