If Clomid Ruins Your CM Can You Still Get KU?

I'm on my first Clomid cycle and even though it's only CD10, I am having creamy CM when I'm usually starting to see EWCM at this point. Hopefully I'll still get some when I get closer to O, but if I don't due to the Clomid, does that mean I'm out for a BFP since I'm doing TI and not IUI? I plan on using Preseed to try and help...

What was your CM like on Clomid?

I got KU on my first cycle using clomid, and didn't notice any change in my CM. If you you think you're fertile but dont have the cm to match, I would just use some preseed. GL!

Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to try the Preseed. Be aware that Clomid can actually make you ovulate *later* than you normally do, so you might still end up having EWCM. Definitely ask your doc, as they might pull you off the Clomid if there's a next time. To answer the original question, though, stranger things have happened!

This is my 5th month on clomid and i have very little cm this time. It seemed like i had more watery cm the days taking clomid and now that ive stopped its like it instantly dried up. I have heard good things about preseed, you may want to try that.

my dr mentioned that to me as well, its a side effect that can occur with the clomid, it never happened to me though, i always o'd mid cycle

It can make you ovulate earlier, especially for long cycle gals who don't normally ovulate until way later. For me personally, it didn't change when I o'ed. But a lot of the TTTC girls have reported that Clomid did make them O later, and that their doctors warned them about this.

Ugh - that's annoying! I have two weekend getaways that are "supposed" to be during my 2ww - it's so hard to plan around all this monitoring!

I had very little CM for my BFP chart. In fact, that one day of watery was sort of a stretch since it was more like skim milk and not very clear. We didn't use any preseed, but I get a lot of arousal fluid that looks and stretches like EWCM. Hope this helps!

edit: I was on 100 mg of clomid.
