Sore tailbone feeling?

I just started having this about 2 days ago. The way I described it to DH is that it feels like I fell on my butt. lol It comes and goes and when I sit in certain positions. He says it's the baby's positioning, and probably her head hitting a certain spot. Anyone else feeling this? Quite painful at times.

    It's been getting more and more consistent for me over the past week.   FWIW, I mentioned it during a recent visit and they said totally normal.

    Doesn't your tail bone start loosening in preparation for the delivery? I thought I heard in my birth class that the end of it has to in order to accomodate the baby. Maybe it's related to this.

    I honestly don't have a clue, I know baby has dropped, so I'm just thinking she's getting settled in down there. As long as it means some action will be happening soon, I'm all good. :) I have an appt on Tuesday so I'll run it by them. Probably nothing, but just curious none the less.

    I get this sometimes too.  Usually after sitting in a certain position, or when walking up stairs.
