Someone suggested to us the baby name Grey/Gray. ?To my mind this is a name for a girl, not a boy (which we are having). ?Thoughts?

I know one girl with the nn Gray (for Gracyn) and several boys. I think of it as primarily a boy name.

Grey/Gray can be short for Graham, Grayson/Greyson, Grainger, etc.

I know a girl named Gray but I have also heard it being a boys name...

For me, I think girls - but that's just cause the only person I know with that name it. Could probably be unisex?

It's a boy's name to me - I only know males who go by Gray (although its always been as a nn). Our DS's middle name is going to be Graydon. Obviously I like the name.
