Re: Hands free bra?

  • I put on an old bra, marked where my nips would be, and cut holes big enough for my pump parts. The bra doesn't fit real well, but it works great for the 20 mins that I need it.

  • I have this one.

I think it works really well, and it was totally worth the cost.  I was always able to just pull down both sides of my nursing bras and put this strapless bra over the top.  Then you just position the flanges and go.

ETA:  I bought it from here: https://www.selfexpressions.com/eaexbuhafrpu.html

  • I bought 2 from la leche league international clothes.  Here's a link.  You're right, they are awkward.  When I'm home I just wear it all day.  When I'm out, I switch bras to pump.  The nice thing about the easy expressions bra is that it just wraps around and you can take it on and off to pump.  The other thing you can do is buy a comfy sports bra and cut slips at your nips.

I used the same one. I got it from amazon.com.  When I was at work, I'd wear a racerback bra and be able to zip up the HF bra without taking my shirt off.
