TTC After a Loss

I'm not new, but it's been a long time

I haven't been on here for a few months and there aren't too many names I recognize anymore.  I'm not sure if anyone here remembers me either, but here's a quick rundown of my story:

Had a m/c in 7/05.  Had our wonderful DD in 8/06.  Had another m/c 8/08, which is when I first started with this board,  and still trying for number 2.

Anyway, I'm hoping I will be able to be back on these boards a little more and get to know everyone.

  • Hello! I remember you! How have you been?

  • I remember you too!  I've been okay.  Super frustrated with TTC since I've hit the year mark of my m/c.  If it doesn't happen this next time, I'm off to see my ob and start looking into IF treatments (i've already had the m/c blood work and have mthfr).

    How about you?

  • I'm ok. We're on our 3rd month TTC after m/c #2. We did get some answers out of RPL testing after m/c #2, and now we're just waiting for a chance to try out the new treatment plan (Lovenox). Hopefully we'll be KU again soon!

Have you met with an RE? What IF treatments are you looking at?

  • Well, I guess I mean i'm going to see my dr. to talk about IF.  We have been trying since about 4-5 months before my m/c and actually, we never tried to prevent before that since my DD was born, and she is going to be 3 at the end of this month, so I think it's time to move onto the next step.  I'm just so apprehensive about it, but at the same time am ready to do what ever it takes to have another baby.

I'm glad you got some answers from your RPL testing. It's nice to finally have some answers and a plan, isn't it?  I really hope you get KU again soon too.

  • Welcome back, hope you get your answers soon, and can move over to SAL
  • I've been thinking about you lately and wondering how you've been! I hope you're doing well!
  • Hey you!  I remember you.  I'm sorry, the one year anniversary mark is hard.  I hope that we all get our sticky babies soon!

  • Hey!  A more people I know!  How are you doing?  I know I have missed SO much these past months...
  • I'm your typical bitter b1tchStick out tongue.  Actually, this cycle I'm feeling pretty good.  It's my third cycle on clomid, I was triggered on Wed and start progesterone tonight.  I've had some wonky cycles lately and two break cycles due to cysts, but I have a feeling that it will be my turn soon.

There has been a ton of turnover on this board, but there are a fair number of oldies around. I recognize more names on SAL than this board, but hopefully we'll all get to move over soon.
