first date night in 17 months!

DH and I went out last night for the first time with a paid sitter. Ava was already asleep when the sitter arrived and we snuck out to head downtown, I gave the sitter the whole drill and said call me if you need anything! Turns out A woke up at some point and the sitter was able to play with her and put her back to bed! I can't believe it! We had a great time and a few funny stories too, it was nice to go out and not be mommy/daddy for a few hours.

We spent the evening on Duval street, we just moved here two months ago so it was our first time on Duval alone, it was packed but we had a great time!
