Joined a gym today

We had one two years ago. It's the motivation I need, but I am still dreading our free personal training session tomorrow :(

    You can do it, I'm proud of you! See if there are any yoga classes, it's way better than a dumb ole treadmill :)

    GL, and have fun, I just started classes at a studio a few weeks ago, and i all ready am feeling great!!! its worth it!!!

    They do have Zumba! But since it's a company outside of the gym, the classes are $5 each. There are free classes there that I'll check out first, then maybe give it a try.

    zumba is a blast...I hate working out, but I'd zumba 7 days a week.
