I am. And I am trying to be optimistic, but at the same time I don't want to set myself up for dissappointment. The constant barrage of phantom symptom posts is getting old too.

Yeah, it seems like the phantom symptom posts have not been given the ol heave-ho on here like they once were. Weird.
