Ganirelix Acetate Injection

What can you tell me about your experience with this injection? Any side effects?  Thank you so much.

    The first time I took it, it burned and I got a quarter-sized red welt.  It itched like crazy and went away after an hour or so.

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    Only side effects I've experienced are the following:

    actual injection site hurting after the injection is over (or itching)
    site might welt up or turn red

    But, nothing like dizziness or anything like that.

    I had no side effects.  
    Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN.     I had no side effects from it. The only one that hurt was the menopur. GL!

    I had some burning/stinging after I injected it. That's really about it.
    After many years and tears our baby boy is finally here

    I started ganirelix yesterday and find it much harder to inject than gonal f.  I got a red welt after both injections and it hurt afterwards.  But it went away after about an hour and I had no other side effects.
