Prenatal stretching DVD

Anyone use one?  Any recs?  I'd like to stretch more frequently (or period) but I don't want to stretch the wrong way while pg.  I'm assuming there are some DVDs specific for pg woman.  Thought I check here for recs first before searching the internet.  TIA

    i would think that one of those prenatal yoga dvds would be good for this.  i actually have 2 but i have never used them so i can't say that i'd recommend them haha. 

     

    maybe check one out from the library first to see if you like it.
