Twinges and pains in uterus

in 1st Trimester

Does anyone else get them.  They are very quick.  I was thinking that they could be gas pains, as I have been feeling gassy (TMI) today.  I am spotting too, so anything makes me nervous!

    IT is normal to have pains in that area and it may actually be Round Ligament Pain. If your spotting continues, give your doc a call. It is likely nothing but I know if it were me, I'd like them to tell me that! Good luck.
