oh no...i left my breast shields!!

i am at work and can't leave for anothe 2 hours. i haven't fed the girls since early this morning. my breast hurt so bad. will my supply suffer from this???

No, this won't hurt your supply, but you will probably be in discomfort. Why not just go home "sick".
