no really, what was the end result? they gave her $600 in GC? I read all three parts but I started to daze a bit at the end. It was just really long is all.
The end result is that she sent her diapers to them and after they had them, they gave her $440-something dollars on a GC instead of the $600 they promised.
She was supposed to get $448 REFUND. ?But they gave her $448 gc, when all along the gc amount was $600. ?When she asked them to do what they had spoken about the response was basically gfy
I think this is a lot bigger of a thing that you can sum up into a few sentace summary. She's been going back and forth with them for MONTHS. They promised a number of things and then received back her items and refused to live up to the documented agreement (either of the two they had presented).
It may sound like she was being "greedy" with in the middle when she wanted more than what CS Rep 1 would offer her but Jessica (the second line of defense) made it more than clear that she wanted to do anything and everything to not only resolve this but to fix the ill feelings created by this situation and then failed to do so.
This has just been months of promises and lies.....and in the end, they took her diapers and now are holding her hostage because they have the "collateral" as it were and she has very little leverage other than legal recourse.

ah. this is the part I was unclear on.
uggggh!! that would suck.
Honestly I think that she didn't get the extra because it is during the sale. ?She might get it as soon as the sale is over (doubtful). ?But completely useless anyway.?
From what I understand, they have effectively told her to GFY because they "need to keep the company in the black" (<---not a quote from Alchris or GM, just the way I've understood it).
So I doubt they'll be willfully or volluntarily giving up what they have said to OWE her anytime soon - regardless of sale.
