  Agree with PPs, she's trying to tell you something.  However, sometimes the only thing that will get DS to stop crying is if I put him down and just let him kick around by himself.  He's an independent little $h!t...

  I just wanted to say how adorable your pictures are.  Your little girl is absolutely beautiful!!!!

  Oh and I wouldn't let her cry either.  Exactly what the others said, when she is crying she needs something.
