Up all night vomiting, could this be a sign of labor?

Last night I woke up with a few contractions (very far apart), stomach pains, and I started vomiting.  It was terrible.  The strange think is I never throw up, just a handful of times in my entire life, and never during this PG no matter how nauesous I felt.  It was not anything I ate because DH and I ate the same things yesterday.  Could this have anything to do with the PG?  Could it be a sign of impending labor (wishful thinking I know)!

    I wish.

    If so labor for me would be impending every night this week.  

    Maybe it will be for you.... if so .. Lucky.

    I am not an expert but from what I've heard, nausea and vomiting can be a sign of labor.  You should give the doctor a call.

    If you have any question about it at all, got the doctor to get his/her opinion.  The doctor can tell you what to watch out in case it is to help you determine if it is time or not - or tell you to be checked out.
