FI is going out tonight...It's going to be a long day

FI is going out with his work buddies tonight for the first time since Jacob was born.  He's not going to stay out late...but man I wish he was coming home right after work.

Jacob won't nap today, he fights the moby and I'm tired.  Blah.

He better have fun, that's all I have to say.

    I hear ya.  DH goes out occasionally for a drink or two after work and I literally count the minutes until he gets home!  It's hard when we stay with the LO's all day...

IVF #2 (Apr 2012) EPP/Antagonist with ICSI - 10R, 7M, 6 ICSI'd, 2F. 3DT = BFN AMH tested by new RE 6/2012 - 2! Saving money for IVF #3. Started a ton of supplements in May 2012 and hoping for a miracle! SURPRISE BFP!! (October 2012)

    I feel your pain. ?DH has been out every Saturday all day for the last 5 weeks - GRR! ?It's either work or golf or doing something with his brother - it's always something - he better not have anything up his sleeve for tomorrow!

    DH will go out with the guys usually once week, even if its just to meet up and play video games.  Most of the time I dont mind, but I would like a break every once in a while.  And I hate when he comes home and DD is sleeping and he'll say something like "I feel like I dont get to spend enough time with her"  Well then stay your ass @ home, fool!

    My DH still goes out with his friends to baseball games, goes fishing, out for drinks, etc.  He does this several times a week and I haven't been away from DD for more than 30 minutes since she was born.  It is depressing sometimes, especially on the weekends.  I enjoy staying home with DD but sometimes I wish DH stayed home with us more.

    I wouldn't let my FI go out several times a week.  I stay at home all day, when he gets home at night, I finally get to talk to someone who talks back.  Also, that's when he takes Jacob from me and lets me have some me time.  I would be sad if he wanted to spend that much time away.
