Yep, we have swine flu

Yep the pedi did the qtip nose swab and sure enough it came back positive which doesn't change how we're treating it (tylenol and time). It is nice to know my baby boy doesn't have some weird virus or infection and the pedi agreed with that. He told me that it could possibly take until monday for Bailey to feel 100% so we're giving him tylenol every 4 hours through tomorrow night then we'll see how sunday goes. Yesterday was so rough (cried ALL afternoon) and he barely slept until we put him to bed after giving him tylenol. Of course some of that was b/c I was scared to give him tylenol yesterday afternoon. The pedi reassured me that its okay for Bailey to have tylenol and that it would make him feel better. And sure enough he's sleeping peacfully in his crib.

OMG poor little guy! At least know you know what it is. I hated never getting a clear answer when we were in the hospital with Andy. Glad he's getting some rest and hopefully you will too soon.

Oh hon, I'm so sorry. I had to take care of a couple at work the other day that had it (I work in the ER) and I am always afraid of bringing something home to Carter. I hope Bailey gets to feeling better soon!
