Q for Moby moms

What kind of "stuff" do you get done around the house while wearing your Moby?

I find that the moby limits what I get done b/c baby is in the way or what I'm doing could harm him.  I find it easiet to plunk him in his bouncy chair, swing, jumperoo or bumbo so I can get things done.

    NOt all babies are that happy that you can just put them down and do things. ?From birth to 3.5 months, if I put him down for longer than 2 minutes he'd scream his brains out. ?I learned to do everything with him in the Moby.

    Dishes, picking up, folding laundry, etc.

     

    Sometimes putting him in the swing, bouncy, etc. is unacceptable for him and it is just easier to wear him.

    DS hates his swing and bouncer, but loves the Moby. I can't eat without putting him in it if I am by myself. I can't do much besides sweep or fold laundry. But I can get on the computer and that makes me happy.

    I'm wearing mine right now. Just made the bed, put in a load of laundry, and I'm about to make myself some lunch and send a fax.

    Dishes, laundry, walking the dog, general straightening, reading, computer time;especially when he is in one of his moods and doesn't want to go in the swing or bouncy chair.

    This made me LOL.

    I will say that my DS does not stay in the swing for me than 10 minutes (and we have worked our way UP to that time) and hates the bouncy seat. So I end up wearing him a LOT. I can eat, put on make-up, do dishes, straighten up, do most of the laundry/folding/putting away clothes, vacuum. I find it hard to do anything that requires a lot of bending because I end up having to do squats instead. Which...is probably good for my a$$ anyway. Also, I don't do anything that requires use of chemicals, like cleaning the bathrooms.
