Breast pump resale price?

I am selling my Medela pisa breast pump. Bought in 2006 for $342. Everything works great, great condition. What would you ask for this if you were selling it? Is $150 about right? I have no idea.... I want to get it on craigs list today hopefully.

any thoughts?

    Some are only one user items if they are an open system.  If they are closed that means that the milk doesn't go through the motor or tubes.  You should go on La Leche League's website to find out which breast pumps are closed systems.

    Nope. As long as they buy their own tubing, bottles and shells they are sanitary. They are resold quite often in my region.
