This is group designed for all the ladies in the various stages of waiting after a loss: waiting to miscarry, waiting for AF to arrive, waiting to TTC again, and waiting for BFP.

*Since this process is such a true test in patience, it is nice to have the support and friendship of other women going through similar experiences and emotions

Good afternoon ladies. I know I?m a day late on posting this, but yesterday was a ?required vacation day? on my trip, so DH and I took of sight seeing and antiquing.

Congrads to sunset love, ping1080 and Sweetnevaeh4 that both got their BFPs!! Krate24?I haven?t been online, any updates for you? Sorry AF is playing games with you. Meggr8, glad you were able to start ttc early than expected?I hope your wait is short! Are you and Becka1208 still testing this weekend? GL to you both!!! meganl98, when do you think you?re gonna test? Mlmtgg, sorry you?re having a weird cycle, you figure out where you are yet?

I got a lot of great laughs our of the irrational fears. Some I would have never thought of?balloons, birds, stairs/escalators, butter knives. 1stTimeMommy2Be?.I loved your story?.I?m sure the kids had a great time with that?.your lucky if they didn?t set you up with lizards after they figured our your fear J Candycane3t, I normally don?t have problems with mice, but I think I would have freaked out if one crawled in the shower with me!!!

I?ll have an easier question today, I?ve spent the past 4 days in Pheniox, AX with 115deg weather. So my question is, would you rather be somewhere extreamly hot or extreamly cold. As an example, something like Death Valley, CA vs International Falls, MN?

I have now started AF so it's a new cycle filled with new hope right?

I live in central CA and it's over 100 degrees. I don't mind too much. I don't think I can do very cold. I have been in Montana when it was 10 degrees and I know it can get much colder but I am such a baby and was complaining the whole time.

I'm still in limbo. If I haven't O'ed, I'm sure its way too late in the cycle.

QOTD: I've actually been to both Death Valley in the middle of summer and International Falls in the winter (my job requires we find "extreme weather") and I will say without a doubt that I'll take the extreme cold over the hot. With cold, if you dress warm enough, no issues. With hot, there's only so much you can do!!!!

QOTD: That's tough! I think I'd have to go with cold and then take up some winter activities. With extreme heat, you can't do anything outside!

QOTD: I love hot weather. Well as long as theres a beach! I love the sun and everything about it. I do like the cold but I hate being bundled up.

I'm still waiting for BFP.

I think I would rather deal with the heat. DH is from upper peninsula and I just remember last winter being up there and it's -12 and the dogs not being able to put their paws on the ground because it was so cold, they looked like little tripods hopping around trying to balance.

QOTD: That is a hard choice. As long as I had a pool, I could do the hot. Then again you can only take off so many clothes, so maybe the cold.

QOTD = I would definitely rather be in hot than cold, I went to Thailand for a month for our honeymoon and it was 100+ the whole time.....we left our family here in Canada where the average temp is -22f most of the winter however while we were away it got down to -58F with the windchill.......too cold for me!

Can I be added? I was on this board before my last bfp, but I was never part of this group. I am now waiting to TTCAL for a couple months after this most recent m/c, and I will find out for sure how long my Dr. wants us to wait at my appt on the 4th. My guess is October or November. :-( I will be looking into starting Metformin for my PCOS, so that may delay is a little longer if we have to "wait and see" what effect that has and whether or not it restores regular cycles for me.

Edit: QOTD: I actually live in the Phoenix, AZ area and I love it here! Yes it is super hot for about 4 months out of the year, but the fall, winter and spring are sooo nice!!

I'm eschall and I am waiting to O. I'm on CD 7 now and should O next week.

QOTD: Living in Olympia where we had record highs all week, I would rather live someplace cooler. It is easier to warm up than cool off. I'm sick of being sweaty and sticky and all DH wants to do is cuddle. Dripping sweat is not a turn on for me!

I'm waiting to O (and new to this list!)

QOTD: I grew up in the heat and love the heat and can only take cold weather for about one or two weeks a year. I love a ski vacation, but having to live in cold, snowy, icy weather is just not for me. So, heat it is!!

I've decided to wait until Sunday to test, with everyone else testing!

QOTD: I don't do well with heat, so I'll take a cold place! I live in VA so we get the best of both worlds, but we have A/C so it makes the heat tolerable.

Well I'm not waiting for a BFP. I just did back to back IUI's with 5 follicles released, so I'm really hoping at least one of them takes.

I would rather live where it was cold because at least you can put layers on to get warm.

I live in Indiana, and I have to say I love the weather here. We get the cold winters, the steamy summers, and everything in between. But I couldn't live where it's 100 degrees or more for very often.... Nor do I want snow every day either! Guess I'm just a middle-of-the-road gal!
