I'm showing at 9 weeks. Seriously!

This isn;t bloat, it's baby (babies, I guess). I don't even want to go out b/c it is so obvious that I don't want to run into anyone until I'min the second tri b/c I don't want anyone to know I'm PG yet.

?

This is CRAZY. I didnt want to buy any maternity stuff until 2nd trimester (my stuff from last pregnancy was all borrowed from my SIL, who is currently PG, so I had to give it all back). I guess I have to just buy some maternity already!?

My friend who had a baby about your DD's age got PG again and she said she started showing way earlier than she did with her 1st PG. I've heard that is very normal!!

I used the Bella Band (or Be Band) in that early phase when I was starting to show---that way, you can still wear your pre-PG pants/ bottoms without having to surrender to maternity clothes. They sell them at Target and at Motherhood Maternity, etc. Perhaps this will hold off speculation that you are PG to those you don't want to announce to?

Since it's summer too, you have the advantage of "flowy" tops and/or dresses (Maxi dresses, IMO, are awesome and again, you wouldn't need to buy them in maternity even--my bump is enormous now yet I am still able to wear non-maternity maxis due to the generous room they provide).

    HTH and GL!!!

That happened to me too.  At 16 weeks, people think I'm 5 or 6 months along.  I always tell them I've got twins, I'm not trying to hide it anymore.  When I was, though, I went through a bunch of shirts that were long and baggy and I layered tank tops under my shirts to try to suck it in a little haha.

I'm wearing maternity shirts or tee-shirts everyday now.  Can't wear my old clothes at all.

Old Navy has some cute and inexpensive empire style tops that are non-maternity but are long and perfect for covering up the belly!
