We get the Sunday Washington Post (for the coupons). Most of the year they also give us the rest of the week free, and in the Wednesday paper Harris Teeter gives us $10 off $50 purchase coupon every week with the sale paper.
They also double up to $.99 and sometimes have triple and "double-double" coupon weeks.
We are also signed up on "The Grocery Game" website. It's pretty cheap and between that and the cost of the newspaper the amount we save by using coupons (and combining them with sales) we get tons of things for free - and sometimes the store essentially pays YOU for a few things! For the maybe 20 minutes a week I spend on organizing it - TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
Year to date we have saved over $1,500!
Re: Coupon moms...

It has been really helpful for us. You can choose what store you shop at and it organizes everything for you. We don't "stock up" on everything it tells you too, but it's nice that they match up the sales and coupon combos for you each week. Saves me some time each week.
