babies tend to turn to look towards the middle of the room - so change the end of the crib you put her head on so she'll look the other way.
babies will also tend to lay on the flat spot if they have one- b/c it's like a little nook and more comfy than laying on a round part... so you really need to make an effort to turn her head any time you see her on the flat spot- give her lots of tummy time (even if on your chest - doesn't have to be on the floor since most babies hate that)... don't leave her in her car seat/bouncie seat too long.
my pedi also suggested laying Griffin more on his side- rolling up a blanket to prop him up on one side so he would not lay on his flat spot.
eventually baby will sit up more and the head will have more time to round out again.
