  When they stop liking it. She wasn't swaddled during the day past 1 month and then I would try to swaddle her at night and she wasn't having it. So the Dr said to stop and she was fine with it. Starting sttn by 2-2.5months!

  we stopped swaddling at around 4 months give or take a week.  He is a thumb sucker and would kick it off so it was time.  don't worry about de-swaddling yet.

  We still swaddle him every night, but he sleeps unswaddled during day time naps. I wouldn't worry yet if I were you.

  We stopped last week because he was fighting it while sleeping, it would get looser and too close to his face.
