We were just told this week that we likely have a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. We'll doing our first IUI next cycle. According to the RE, that will up our 2% chance of getting PG to about 10%.
My DH's parents will be here next week. Oh boy. They'll talk all about our new nephew and how great it is he is getting bigger and how wonderful it is to have kids. Maybe they won't outright ask us anything, but we've already been told my family members that they sure hope we have a baby soon. They're even bringing DH's baby clothes for us. Yep, that won't be hard (sarcasm). On top of that, I may still be in the TTW and won't be drinking and that will cause all kinds of silent speculation. That will be fun.
I don't know why, but I just CAN'T bring myself to tell them about our struggle, but this is hard too. ![]()
Re: Unknowing inlaws on their way
I just posted right above you asking a question along the lines of if family knows about TTC.
I hope your IUI works out for you, and I hope that your IL visit goes as well as it can!!

It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
