What ever happened with your friends who were going to visit but had been traveling in SE Asia? We have some family members who are living/traveling in that area for several months (one without the recommended vaccinations for typhoid, yellow fever, etc., who has already been quite ill once during the trip) and they are intending to fly straight here to see my LO when he is born. Huh. I want for them to be home in the U.S. first for any incubation period and then be symptom-free before they come to visit. I don't have a pedi yet, but will definitely ask what a safe amount of time is. I want to let the family members know now so they can plan their travel accordingly. Then it's their call if they don't get to see LO right away. No problem for me if they don't come until December or January but I want them to know the rules now.
Anyway, curious to hear what your pedi said.
I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.
And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!

I know. It's DH's brother and he has never been great with details. And then he will insist it doesn't matter. But I have no problem being the protective mom and DH will back me up.
Thanks for your help!!
