s/o--bathing with your baby....

What do you all wear while taking a bath with the baby?  I know it sounds like a silly question--but I wonder if you have a swim-suit type thing on yourself (while DC is naked of course).

    Neked! I bathe myself after DH takes her out!  Probably bathing in pee, but eh, oh well.

    I don't wear anything.  we usually shower together...well, for now anyways.

    She's asking about bathing WITH your baby, not giving your baby a bath.

    If DD takes a bath with me, I fill it pretty low and use lukewarm water.  Then when I'm done with her, I pass her off to DH, drain most of the water out and fill it up nice and proper (HOT water for me please) so I can finish bathing myself.

    I've only bathed with her (both of us in the tub) twice.  Once, I was in my bathing suit and the other time I went au natural.

    Was I the only one thinking CORAL PANTIES on this one??  LOL...I don't bathe with DS, but sometimes DH just gets in with his boxers on.

    I dont wear anything when we take a bath together....I usually fill the tub and play with her with her toys for a while then wash her...then i drain the water and hubby comes and gets her to dress her and put her to sleep, while I start the shower and wash my hair and bath myself. It may be a waste of water but Its a quite, relaxing, and fun time for me and her...so i dont care...Its our time.

    I dont have any aversions to being naked with my children...its natural and nothing to be ashamed of. I believe skin to skin contact is good for babies with their mommies (unless their mommies are horrible people who would do bad things to their babies..which those mommies should burn in hell...<<<Sorry I had to get that out>>>>). When my son starts asking questions we may let daddy take over....we will see when we get there (our son isnt born yet)

    We have garden tub that all 4 of us could fit in if we wanted too. It is too tall for me to put her in by herself and be safe...so we both get in. I will probably bath both children this way until they are old enough to be in the tub alone and me just watch them. We have locks on our bathroom doors so children cannot get into the bathroom unsupervised.
