NBR: Need help with dinner!

I bought spicy sweet potato fries the other day at the grocery store for the first time to try & don't know what to fix with them. I'm not a huge beef person & I've already got some chicken thawed that I didn't use all of yesterday for dinner. Usually I'm good at this kind of thing, but tonight I'm blank!
In memory of precious Julia, sweet baby James, and now Timmy who fought so hard.

    10/18/09 2nd Break Cycle (post HSG) before IVF #1 = BFP!

    My favorite chicken is baked with salsa on top, then once it's cooked through, put some shredded cheese on top and continue baking till melted.
