I guess I should start!

1. Share something non-TTC related that you are looking forward to.

Short term: We are going to our cabin for a long weekend. Long term: We are planning a trip to Puerto Rico this winter!

2. What is something you're really good at?

I make good jam.

3. What personality trait of yours do you like best?

My default setting is happiness (even though that wasn't so apparent earlier this week!) and I'm a good listener.

4. What is your favorite physical characteristic?

My brown eyes that are like my dad's.

Sounds like fun....

1. Share something non-TTC related that you are looking forward to.

The Chicago Triathlon that I am doing August 30th. It's only a Sprint distance but the thought of it makes me want to pee my pants!

2. What is something you're really good at?

Gardening/planning lanscapes. I've done plans for familly and friends because they like what I've done with my place.

3. What personality trait of yours do you like best?

I am very compassionate. Especially when it comes to animals and the elderly.

4. What is your favorite physical characteristic?

I've developed pretty nice legs from triathlon training.

So....Yes, I am definitely feeling like this lately and am also trying to focus more on the good things in my life. So, great poll!

1. Share something non-TTC related that you are looking forward to. DH and I love to travel and have taken a 3-4 week trip together the last 4 years when our business is slow at the end of the year. We aren't sure where we will go this year. It depends on how much more real estate we sell. Places under consideration are Australia, Turkey & Greece, Ecuador.

2. What is something you're really good at? Decorating my house, but maybe everyone thinks that. Planning things (events, trips, etc).

3. What personality trait of yours do you like best? I am a good listener.

4. What is your favorite physical characteristic? My height (5'10"), although I hated it when I was young.

One of my best friends grew up in San Juan, and her parents live there. We will be staying there part of the time, and hanging out in the old city. Plus, my pal's mom wants to show us the rain forest "before someone ruins it"

So anything in that neck of the woods, I've got covered.

I'm also interested in the phosphorescent bay.

Do you have any other suggestions for us?

Very short term - I'm looking forward to lunch - sushi!!! Longer term - the new casino opening maybe 5 miles from my house! Sad, isn't it? LOL

Vacation in October. Don't know where we are going yet, but the idea of getting away from it all is exciting enough.

2. What is something you're really good at?

Photography. Love getting people to see things in a different way/light.

My sense of humor (at least, I think I'm funny. *gulp*)

At 5'11, my long legs. (too bad they stop at my flat a$$).

Thanks for posting this Joyful! It is nice to remember all of the NTTC things that we have in our lives.

1. Share something non-TTC related that you are looking forward to.

There are a few things, Vegas with DH in Sept, my mom's visit at Thanksgiving, Christmas (love that time of year), Hawaii in January, new house in the spring. hehehe just a few things.

2. What is something you're really good at?

Cooking and entertaining. I know how to throw a good party.

3. What personality trait of yours do you like best?

Sense of humor

4. What is your favorite physical characteristic?

My eyes, they are blue but just around the pupil they are green with gold. Love em!

1. Share something non-TTC related that you are looking forward to. I leave for Disney on Monday with my 13 year old daughter. She's never been there and she's still a little girl when she's not trying to be cool around her friends.

2. What is something you're really good at? Cooking, anything and everything!!!

1. i'm looking forward to my day at the spa tomorrow; massages, pedicure, lounging by the pool, mud bath.... then long term... in 2 weeks dh and i are going on a road trip up the northern california coast; starting in San Francisco

2. i'm really good at cooking and baking, next step is i'm thinking of going to culinary school. i think it would interesting to find new techniques and learn how to make good pastry; somehow my pastry never turns out so great.

3. i don't know. i guess my passion for helping those in need and being a strong patient advocate. i believe as a nurse that knowledge is power the more you know about whats going on with your health and your options the better able you will be to find treatment options or better yet prevention from disease

4. my favorite physical characteristic is my eyes. they change color with my mood. every day the are sea blue, when i'm mad they turn stormy grey blue, crying aqua blue, happy greenish blue

I'm excited to have my family and DH's family over to our house for a cookout in two weeks. It'll be the first time everyone's been together from both sides of the family since we got married two years ago!

2. What is something you're really good at?

I like to cross stitch burp cloths and wash mitts for my friends' babies. Been kind of tough lately, though!

I like my sense of humor. I can laugh at the stupid things I do.

Nice teeth. I hope our Imaginary Baby gets DH's pretty teeth.
