I ordered a NIP GM from a girl on spots with lots of great feedback on Friday July 24th which obviously wasn't that long ago, but I still have not gotten shipping confirmation. There was no indication on her listing of how long it would be before she sent it out, but I've never had to wait more than a day or two for something to ship out from someone on spots.
I emailed her yesterday morning to ask if she had sent it out or had a shipping confirmation # and have gotten no reply. When do I think I've been had and try to dispute something?
Re: When should I think I've been had?
I'd giver her maybe a day longer to email her back. I hadn't received shipping notification from a seller on spots and I emailed them yesterday morning also. She just responded and said that it should get to me today or tomorrow and that she was sorry I didn't get the the shipping notification from PP, her printer was broke and so she didn't use PP to ship it. But she gave me the tracking number and everything
It hasn't even been a week. Give her time. Some people don't send it w/ delivery confirmation. It just shows up in the mail.
If it's not there after 2 weeks I send an e-mail aksing if it has been shipped.
yeah, what she said. I didn't read carefully the first time I thought you'd been waiting longer.
Yea, I know it hasn't been too long. I guess I just figured that if you don't use paypal, you would just email someone to let them know you'd be shipping it out on so-and-so day or at least get back to me when I email.
Yes that would be nice but it's not a requirement. The only thing that matters to me is that I get the item in a reasonable amount of time (I usually give at least 2 weeks) and in the condition that it was listed as.
I think sometimes we get so excited about getting fluffy mail that we forget that we are buying from real people with real lives.
