I hate it when my baby has those lazy days :(

It makes me worry. Yesterday and today he's just been so lazy, only feeling a few thumps here and there. I swear that last week he was practically doing somersaults in my belly! Why can't he be super-duper active for mommy everyday?

  • Yep. I know what you mean. The little man was very lazy yesterday, and I usually feel him right before going to sleep, but I felt nothing. I woke up from a dream that I had a m/c, and it was heartbreaking. Then I got a swift little kick as if he was reassuring his mommy. (Then I was nauseaus all morning, so all fear subsided, and I just got annoyed! Wink) Easier said than done, but try not to worry too much!

  • I hate that. They say as long as you're feeling some movement that everything is fine, but I definitely worry, too. She hasn't been too active today despite the GD drink I had earlier but since I was just at the OB I heard her h/b and know everything is OK.
  • Thanks for the reassurance :) I do have a doppler but I'm trying to cut my "addiction" from it.

That's funny! Mine didn't react at all to the GD drink, either. Right before, I had just had an u/s, found out about my anterior placenta, and had further confirmation that he is just a chilled out baby (couldn't care less that the u/s tech was poking him with the u/s wand...he was comfortable!), so again, I knew everything was fine!

Here's hoping we both have chill babies on the outside like we do on the inside. :)

  • I would always hate it when that happened. I would poke at or shake my belly to get DS moving again as a reassurance that everything was ok.
