Appt.with high risk Dr. at 3pm

in 2nd Trimester

So, as a follow up to what I posted yeasterday ("Leaky heart" post), I have an appointment with a high risk pregnancy something-or-another today at 3:00.

They want to go over my history and my cardiology results from Tuesday.

I just keep thinking to myself if it's "nothing to worry about" why do I have to considered a high risk pregnancy?  The words just make me so uneasy... 

I know.... calm down... it's just precautions - I'm just still nervous and needed to vent a lil bit!

    Try not to worry.  They are probably just being overly cautious.  I am 38 and my age alone makes me considered high risk by some docs, even though I have had an easy, breezy pg up to now and God willing the rest of the way.  Try to stay positive and calm.  Prayers going your way!

    As scary as high risk is at least the lots of extra appointments are lots of extra reassurance to see that little one is ok.
