Our nursery nook is really small so I feel like the night light makes it really bright in there. What type of light (if any) will you have in the nursery at night?
No light. I do plan on putting a lamp in there so instead of turning on the overhead light in the middle of the night, I can just feed and change her by a dim lamp light.

DD#1 had her own room so she had a lamp style night until we got used to her then switched to an outlet one. This DD will be in our room so we haven't figured it out yet. I sleep best when it's pitch black, not that I will sleep much with a new one.
I put a lamp in with a soft pink bulb. I figured that would be better than the harsh overhead light. I dont have my humidifier or monitor yet. I know some of them give off a little light, so that might be just enough, too.
We got this little bird night light from Target for $13. It uses an LED, and is pretty dim, but gives enough light so you could see to change him (as long as it's not a messy one). It also has a switch on top, so you can just turn it on when you need it rather than having it run all night. Plus, it's super cute, and they have other designs too (a toadstool, frog, etc.).
None. We don't have any overhead lights installed in our house in the bedrooms, so we will have a lamp. I probably won't use the lamp at night though. The hallway light is right outside the door and I will probably just go by that light.
I have the Depot lamp from Pottery Barn Kids. I didn't want a cutesy theme lamp that will be a waste of money when the child grows up. This lamp will grow with him. It's a night light and a lamp in one. It is absolutely cool.

Her nursery is going to be part of my bedroom so I also wanted something small for a nightlight. I bought an Air Wick air freshener night light. Cheap and I can move it somewhere else if needed. I plugged it in at floor level near the rocking chair and it easily provides enough light to see by without waking anyone up.
we do not plan on leaving any light on but there is a touch lamp on the dresser right by the door which will make it easy to check on the baby during the night.

Our AngelCare monitor has a night light on it, so we will use that. Otherwise we would dim the ceiling fan lights super low and leave those on.
