i dont know how you all are able to do this whole BFing thing...im losing steam, fast...anyways, it seems like my LO still isnt full after 20 min on each side, 40 min total. I hear him swallow and i am dripping so i know its there...how much is too much time on either side? should i increase the minutes?

Re: newborn feeding
At the beginning, you should let the baby determine how long he wants to eat. He will generally fall asleep or let go once he's done. It's hard to let them go forever but it's good for your supply...and they do get quicker as they practice!
Hang in there!
The best advice for the first 12 weeks or so is just to let the baby nurse as long as he/she wants. It's the best thing for your supply!
It's tough at first because you feel like you can't get anything done but I promise, it does get better! After 10-12 weeks, BF becomes so much more enjoyable.
Good luck, I'm sure you're doing a great job!?
