I have it and I like it but can not compare to anything else. I do use a lot of compression to get the flow going and have to remove my nip periodically and reposition to continue to get more milk but as far as I am concerned it does it's job!
I have one! While it is definitely the best manual pump I have ever used (I BF'd/pumps with my first DS as well), it in NO WAY compares to my double electric pump. Unless you only plan on using it occasionally, I don't think I would spend the money on it; put that cash toward something like an Ameda PY or the Lansinoh pump.
I have one and I've only used it a couple times. I tried to use it when I first got home from the hospital and got frustrated. I had much better results with the Medela Harmony they sent me home with. I did use it a couple weeks ago (when my dog chewed up my PISA parts) and it worked great. I guess for me it worked better once my supply was really established.
