Is Milk Thistle the same as Blessed Thistle?

The store I was at today didn't have any blessed thistle but they did have milk thistle.  Anyone know if they are the same thing or related?  The worker that I asked didn't have any idea.  Thanks!

    Not related at all, that one is for liver function (?).  GNC doesn't have it but Whole Foods does.  And they have More Milk Plus which combines fenugreek.
