Best deal eva!!

So I had an hour to kill across town and went to Target. Or course I spent most of my time in the baby section.

Out of curiosity, I printed my registry to see if they had some of my items in the store.

I noticed on my registry list they had the Boppy Newborn Lounger priced at 9.99 (normally priced at $36.99) but they did not have anymore in the store.

On my way home I couldn't get this $9.99 price out of my mind so I stopped at the Target by my home. They had the Boppy, and when I scanned it, it rang up regular price $36.99 I asked the sales clerk if this was correct and showed him my registry list. He said something about different stores put different items on clearance and they don't honor what other stores do. I asked him if he could at least ask the manager. Which he did.. And she honored it!!

I got the Boppy Newborn Lounger for $9.99!!! Just had to share...I love a good bargain!!

    It's good that you had him ask the manager.  I probably would have just said "That's odd.  Never mind then" and left.
    I do find it odd that the stores don't have all the same pricing on things.  I thought Target was a chain, not a franchise like McDonalds.

    Target is crazy when it comes to clearence and when they mark stuff down. But all the targets do baby resets in july/ aug and in jan/ feb, where they end up marking tons of stuff down to 75% off, its great lol

    For that much money I'd definiately talk to the manager. And I've found out a lot of retail stores.. even Lowes may clearance things at differnt times. I actually made money on a return once. While redoing our bath, i had gotten a new pedestal sink for $20. When they went to install it, they foudn all these issues making is a pain to use a pedestal so i took it back to get a regaulr cabinet/sink. I couldn't find my receipt. I had picked it up in another city because my local store didn't have, but returned it to my local store. Apparently they were still selling it for full price. I made $100 profit! of course it all went back to them anyway due to me buying another sink/base.
