Pureed cucumber?

Anyone try it? Any other suggestions in serving cucumber? DS likes it. I let him put mine (whole) in his mouth, and he likes the flavor, but I'm paranoid to let him have pieces because I think its too hard.

Suggestions?

can you steam a little? I give DD zucchini and summer squash but I steam it first and cut off the skin part.

I've never tried steaming it before - maybe I'll try it and see what happens. I've seen people make cucumber soups, but I don't know how they did it.

My mom suggested frozen cucumbers for C. Peel, remove seeds, cut in slices or strips and freeze.

I should try that. I could also put the frozen ones in his mesh feeder - good idea!

This is what I did and Luc loved them and they helped with teething discomfort.

I would cut the skin off and puree it, but mix it w/other things like pear or yogurt.
