Got it today. How much should I take? Bottle says 2 caps 2-3x per day but do I ease into it? Just seeing if that is the norm for those who have been taking it to increase supply. How long before seeing some results?

    I used 3 3X's a day. Saw results in 48 hours.

    Got it at this small whole food store (not the Whole Foods chain) in my town. I think you can get it online too. I couldn't find it at CVS/Walgreens type places.

    It's been awhile, but I believe I took two pills three times a day.  It was a lot, but I just jumped right in.  Within a week, my supply increased.  And as an added bonus, I smelled like maple syrup!

    The LC at the hospital sold me mine. The directions were something like 5 capsules every meal for 3 days. Then down to 3 at every meal. They said if you smell like syrup your good.

     FYI: This stuff did nothing for me whatsoever. I just smelled awful. It was disgusting. At night I was sweating this stuff. Ick. Then I talked to another LC and they said I was taking them wrong and too many of them. And thats why they dont work.

    I even tried MM tea, and reglan. Nothing helped me. Good luck.

    I get mine at GNC. I started by taking 2 at lunch and two at night. I saw a difference within 2 days. I still take 2 at lunch everyday (it's been a few months), and sometimes If I feel like supply is dipping, i'll start taking some at night again. It always helps bring it back up.
