Graco Blossom. Height adjustable, has wheels, two trays, 3 recline positions, easy to clean, removable head insert for smaller babies, can be used as normal highchair, booster, toddler seat and normal chair... so it grows as they do. You can also use different parts for two kids at once.
Only slightly annoying thing is that the front wheels don't pivot, but unless you are wheeling them around the house, doesn't really matter.
We got this one from IKEA. It was $25 with the tray. I wanted something that was table height and super easy to clean. Plus it breaks down in a sec so we can take it with us, if we need to.

I just went through the high chair search myself, so your question is very timely.
I decided to get the Graco Contempo - it's the highest rated chair by the Consumer Report and all the reviews that I found were spectacular. I went to the store, tried the chair and thought it was fine; bought it, brought it home - and there was something wrong with the tray - you couldn't put it in with one hand, so I returned it. I tried 2 more of the same kind while in the store and they all had the same problem. Maybe it was a defective batch or something.
So, I got the Chicco Polly instead. It's a bit more expensive ($110 vs. $150), but I LOVE it. It's so easy to clean and has all the of features the other one had (height/seat position adjustment, also has 2 removable clear trays on top of the main tray for easy washing; it collapses well and it has a 'bigger baby' seat option - where you take off the cushy top and the todler has more room to sit, etc.) We've used it a few times already and I'd recommend it.
We bought the Cosco Circle Safari Highchair. We looked at all the highchairs, thought they were all really expensive and overpriced, and decided to purchase the most basic one we could. Pattern wise, it is alright; DS pokes the animals on it. It is easy to clean. It is table height, so we don't have to use the tray if we don't want to. It folds up incredibly easy and becomes very small, so transportation is a snap.
The only thing I don't like is that it takes two hands to remove the tray. But we usually have DS pulled up to the table, so it hasn't been a big deal.?

I'd suggest
the Boon Flair. Here is what I looooove about this chair:
1) It has no fabric, so it's easy to keep clean.
2) No tight grooves, little spaces to get things stuck, so once again, easy to keep clean.
3) It rolls, but also has a "brake" to keep it still. Sooo easy to transport from room to room.
4) It looks like a Jetson chair.
5) The tray has 2 pop-on covers that you pull off & can wash. Once again, easy to keep clean.
6) Pneumatic height adjustment.
I
don't know any cons to it, other than it's heavy. I've heard some
comment that it's not as comfortable for bigger toddlers. I also took
off the shoulder straps, the 5-point-harness is a little bit overkill
as long as she's got the tray attached.
I have the chicco polly and I'm ready to put it on Craigslist. I hate this thing so much I give it dirty looks when I walk by it. It's a total pita to clean - it has a ton of crevices that are impossible to clean w/o a toothpick. The "easy clean trays" don't wrap all the way around the regular tray so you still have to clean the bottom tray too. Also, the trays don't fit well in my dishwasher. DS hates it. It's huge. I hate it.
We have a fisher price booster seat that would have been just fine from day 1.
I have the Chicco Polly and love it. It adjusts, has two trays, and rolls around easily. We've been using it since 2 months just to sit DS in while we eat, etc. because it reclines and the footrest comes up. I guess it is a little big, but we have the space so it's not an issue. It has 2 pads as well, which is nice. Chicco has amazing customer service as well!
We bought the FP Rainforest one, but are getting ready to buy one of those booster seats that attaches to dining room chairs. The FP one is a pain in the butt to clean and takes up a lot of room IMO.
We love our Fisher Price booster seat that attaches to our dining room chair! It's easy to clean, portable, reclines, and we've used it since we starting feeding our baby solids....and it's inexpensive.
We have the Svan highchair. www.svan.com It is a little pricey but worth it for us. It is awesome b/c it is quite small & looks like a piece of nice furniture so it fits right in. It grows with the child & adjusts to multiple configurations and eventually a regular chair. When you remove the tray, it is the perfect height to pull up to the table. We absolutely love ours!

We also have the Svan - I was afraid to get something that spendy but I LOVE it. It looks like real furniture, is small and he'll use it for years to come.
we have the Trip Trapp by Stike, pricey, but I LOVE it!!!! It is slim and goes perfectly with my DD sits at the tabel with us (no tray). She is really part of the dinner table, conversation and all! any people do not like it, but I am very happy.
My DD has the Graco Blossom. I love this chair so does my daughter!!! I will never have to buy another high chair with it's 4 in 1 design. The system comes with both a highchair and toddler booster allowing you to
convert the system from highchair, to infant feeding booster, to
toddler booster to youth chair. I have to agree w/ the first post, the only thing I don't like is the front wheels....if you pull or push it from the back it's fine.
