Hey ladies, I'm on cycle 14 of TTC with no luck so far. I'm starting my second round of 50mg of clomid on cd3. I'm a little concerned about my progesterone level last cycle. On cd21 it came back 65, does that seem a little high? Could this prevent pregnancy just like a low progesterone level could? Thanks for your advice!

This and it's only the average couple that can take up to a year to conceive. Some take much longer.
Hmm, I'm wondering if my doctor is not monitoring b/c I'm on 50mg and not higher. Would that even make a difference? I know it can and most likely will take a long time and we are definitely no longer the average couple. But I'm also aware that I'm not anywhere near the point that some unfortunately, and I'm thankful.
Your dr is likely not monitoring you because most ob/gyn's don't think it's necessary. Sadly, most ob/gyn's are out of their league when it comes to getting people pregnant..
I would strongly recommend going the RE route now instead of 3 cycles in. For all you know it's working, or not, or your lining is getting thinned out, or you're developing cysts, or you're at risk for hyperstimulation. All of which can be screened with monitoring appointments, which you're not getting.
Check the TTTC board. Someone posted today a PSA about why monitoring is important. She went for monitoring today and had 5 mature follies. Do you want to give birth to a litter? I didn't think so.
