Crib

I'm so confused as to what crib to get. I'm not sure if $600 is too much, but worry that $300 might not get me very good quality (from what I've seen out there). Do any of you have a recommendation as to what brand that is a good mix of quality and price? I'm sure it's been asked 100 times, but I need help! Thanks!

Re: Crib

  • Also, has anyone got their crib from JCPenney? If so, how is it?

  • We got the Graco Lauren crib from WalMart- and it seems to be very study and looks great. ?

  • I got mine from Target, Graco Lauren, for $160.00.  It's very sturdy and I love the color.  We set it up this weekend and I'm very pleased with it!

ETA: I just saw that Bleeding Heart recommended the same one, good taste!!

  • From all my days of lurkdom on people who are KU, it seems that the Gulliver crib from Ikea is really good. Apparently Ikea has to meet Euro standards, which are higher than US. However, I have no personal experience.
