Pregnant after a Loss

Symptoms changing ??

So, I really haven't had terrible m/s. I have had bloat, exhaustion, hunger, queasiness etc. But this week I am starting to feel like myself again. More perky. DH has even commented on this.

Is 9 weeks too early for my symptoms to change? I have no reason to worry about LO other than I feel better.

Re: Symptoms changing ??

  • My symptoms come and go and have definitely changed from week to week. M/S started in week six and lasted ALL day for seven days. I had a brief reprieve and then it came back at the end of week seven, another reprieve and then week eight was great and week nine was a little exhausting, but I thought I was over the hump. And then week ten hit....and it was AWFUL. Absolute exhaustion, constant nausea, strong food aversions - the whole shebang. This week I am just incredibly tired, but a lot less sick.

I was the first to freak out when my symptoms disappeared because this was one of the first things I associated with my m/c, but I have learned this time around that symptoms really do come and go and change and it's just fine :)

  • I started feeling really good around 9 weeks, which worried me sick at the time.  I posted on here, and found out that 8-9 weeks is when a lot of symptoms start fading for a lot of women, or at least start becoming more sporadic.  Don't worry, though - it's normal!  My baby is growing right on track, and I'm sure yours is, too!
