I just went to the bathroom. First I peed. Then I pooped. This is a good thing since I was constipated yesterday. Sweet relief! Then I go to wipe. And wipe and wipe and wipe. I wipe until my ass is chafed and raw, yet things still don't seem... clean. And while I know this is TMI, I also know I'm not the only one who deals with this because I read a whole thread about the very same issue here last week. What's the deal with THAT?
Anyway, the wiping finally completed to my satisfaction, I realize I have to pee again. Except all that comes out is the tiniest little trickle. But my bladder feels full to the brim - surely there has to be more. I squeeze, I lean forward, I shake my butt a little, I squeeze again. Nope, nothin'. That's really all there was. So I stand up and pull my pants back up still feeling like I have to pee. I'm sure I'll be back in the bathroom within five minutes.
I can't tell you how many times this cycle has repeated itself over the last few weeks.
And to those who may have been eating lunch while reading this, I'm sorry... but you were warned.

Same here. It's extremely frustrating.
I hear ya! It's like a major event going to the bathroom now!
I have found that when peeing, if I lean forward and spread my legs a little (which means letting the pants drop all the way to the floor) it helps me empty my bladder more fully. Don't know why this helps, but it does! Hope it helps you too!
